1990 Joseph Faiveley Latricieres Chambertin. Lunch w M at Il P. We got faked out at first by bad glasses, but once we switched out, nose was completely different. Beautiful brick color, nose was sweet, forest floor, mineral. This wine kept getting better throughout lunch. It really evolved and got more rounded with time.
