First use of coravin. Glad to have practiced on this fine 7 year old chardonnay. Balanced citrus notes. Nice lasting finish. Not too buttery. Mix it with some seared tuna, grapefruit and a string of alfalfa in your mouth to bring out the floral notes of the wine. — 11 years ago
