Excellent wine. Paired well with the elk steak I had with it.

Not usually a fan of Chardonnay, but this was a pleasant surprise. Very bright, and doesn’t taste too rich. Excellent chilled. Strong notes of green apples and pears. — 6 years ago

Haha... just wrong. One of the most well integrated wines I have ever had. Thrown off not getting the typical smoked meat/ olive tapenade characteristics of northern Rhône. Dark red fruits, slate, gamy, fresh pepper and the right amount of funk. Simply sublime — 6 years ago
Top Barbera d'alba! Zalig. — 6 years ago
A wine I’ve been eager to try & found cheaper in 🇪🇸 vs 🇬🇧 @ €140 - Very Côte Rotie esq & a rather superbly made 🇺🇸 wine 😉 oh & Mrs E enjoyed in the hotel hot tub 😁 as you’ll see if you scroll on Instagram ⏩

Damn, this 2014 vintage is now my favorite WA state Zin, period! Yes, it's hot (16.9%), but Zin is usually hot. This is packed with big, jammy black fruit that eases into sweet leather and peppery notes. This is freaking great!! — 8 years ago
Love it! Easy drinking white wine. — 10 years ago

Alluring #sonomacoast #syrah - layered nose featuring black+blue jammy fruit and shades of northern Rhône smoked meat + olive notes. Tastes of dark fruit compote, bacon fat, leather framed by firm acidity and medium tannins. This set off beautifully against a Thanksgiving smoked brisket. — 4 years ago
