The QPR here is insane. Enjoyable now, plenty of cranberry, black peppercorn, green tobacco and pencil lead, but clearly age worthy also. Curious as to why this hasn't been snapped up by everyone yet — 10 years ago
I have tasted many 1961 over the years, this continues to be one of my favorite wines...The strange thing is that this bottle with its high necklinewas the youngest 1961 that I had ever tried, wine had an great Providence - One owner and one incredible cellar.
1961 was a magical year on the right bank; now over 50 years of age it has lost some weight but picked up elegance on the nose - wet clay, graphite/lead pencil, umami/truffle - nose candy for sure. — 11 years ago
Beautifully fragrant, this medium ruby colored Napa Cab is very herbal and fresh on the nose. Medium to full bodied with well defined flavors of blackcurrant, ripe black cherries and blueberries, cedar wood, cloves and chocolate, it doesn’t have the rustic appeal of previous vintages and is actually quite polished. 2011: all varieties. Meaty, lavender, garden herbs, smoky, but still very vibrant red fruit. Lovely vibrancy of red fruit and all Mouvedre and Grenache aromatics. Sweet fruit, juicy acidity, hot indian spice and liquorice. Plum, cherry, spiced. Quite ready now. — 10 years ago
Had an op to re-buy at $115 and wanted to check in on the 2006. What a nice rendition. Perhaps not the best vintage overall, but in really great shape right now with the typical tobacco aromas. Needless to say, I am buying more — 5 years ago
Perfect 10 event. Balanced and elegant cabernet that is a bit fruitier than most. 2010 vintage. Would be delicious with food. Drinkable now but can age longer. Has a bit of new European quality. — 8 years ago

Only so much cheap wine a person can take. The 13 is definitely not feminine in style.
I’ve been eye balling this for months now.
Down to my 2005 & 12 stock wise. This I could drink everyday, needs hours of decant per norm.
Grab a glass re cork then decant 4 hours on the 2nd day.
