Very versatile, great chilled and at room temperature but really opens up when warmed. Have fun with this one. — 5 years ago
Dry and a bit of cashew and jasmine at the finish. — 6 years ago
Picked this sparkling cider up from the duty free in Tokyo and it far exceeded my expectations. Effervescent with a great balance of the savory notes you’d expect of most sakes and somewhat unexpected citrus. — 7 years ago

Very elegant balance but not super fruity, given it's daiginjo designation. — 3 years ago
Well balanced, convenient 500ml format, floral on the front with slight acidity on the back, a little sweetness — 5 years ago

This is ginjo version, not honjozo version. Fresh yet flavourful and medium body, smooth taste goes well with any dishes. Temp tasted was from chilled to room temp, then tried on luke warm temp as well. Once passed room temp, initial flavour really kicks with rice and a little alcohol; but tasted actually milder than when chilled.
From fresh seafood to deep fried dishes, it went very well. — 7 years ago

Drank over 6 weeks opened in my fridge and it stayed fresh throughout. Richly layered aromas and flavors of chocolates, pistachio, green grapes, and honeydew melon with floral undertones. Savory but offset by some residual sugar. Sufficiently robust for the main course. Really nice. — 7 years ago
Melon and floral bouquet. Tastes of grain. Strong alcohol finish. — 8 years ago

This green can, made from the newest/youngest rice of the season and dated with a manufacturing date of Nov '21 is delicious. It offers a subtle aroma and similar sweet entry as the gold can version but much better of the alcohol so it doesn't have a burning hot finish. Good with some steamed edamame as a pre dinner warm up. — 3 years ago
