I am previledge to have a few bottles of Le Vieux Pin: Equinoxe Syrah 2009. Praised and seclared best in show in cpetition in Montreal, this BC wine has dark red, smell of dark oak and black fruit. Bright, bold bouquet & loads of dark fruit. Kind of surprising for an Okanagan Syrah. Finish didn't quite match the rest of the wine's profile - an acidity that didn't seem quite as balanced. Won Lt.. Gov. for BC wines in 2011 though. — 11 years ago
