The 2016 Syrah Watch Hill Vineyard is dense, powerful and super-concentrated. Inky blue/purplish fruit, lavender, menthol, licorice and spice notes are all amped up in this rich, beautifully resonant Syrah. Dollops of Viognier add brightness and floral top notes, but the Watch Hill remains a pretty big, yet nuanced, wine. (Antonio Galloni, Vinous, September 2018) — 7 years ago

Lovely wine, paired very well with lemon, basil, garlic grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and grilled string beans. Cherry, lighter, smooth finish — 9 years ago
Loved this wine in Maine 2019. Bought at grape d'vine. — 7 years ago
Typical zin fruit and spice, but a bit lighter on the tannins. Pairs well with grilled meats. — 8 years ago

Crisp, Dry, Acidic while being able to taste the terroir! Love it. — 7 years ago
Knife-throwing act where the knives are carved from peppercorns and the target board is quilted cherry. Westworld's Clementine casually offers herself as a target, laughing and alternating between espresso and whiskey shots. — 7 years ago
Lovely late night tipple. A real fave 🤓 — 8 years ago
Nice dark garnet color, aromas of raspberries, cola and dust. Great flavors- lots of red fruit. — 9 years ago
Surprised how terrible the other reviews are...orange marmalade, hint of spice, and texture for days. Im not sober, but this wine is tasty as hell if you know what to expect. — 9 years ago

Deep ruby color. Aromas of blackberry, plum, violets, vanilla and baking spices. Delicious red and black fruit on the palate with a black tea finish. Paired nicely with some steaks and baked potatoes. — 5 years ago
