A very balanced Chardonnay with a long, smooth finish. I picked up on some sour apple and apricot. On an acquaintance's recommendation, I tried pairing this with a buttery steak. It was nice, but it would have been better with some grilled salmon.

Bitter, very acidic at first but let it breathe a bit and started to enjoy it much more
