Portuguese wine - found at Swirl & Sip in Mosaic. Very nice and smooth. Lighter red. — 9 years ago
Bottled 5 days ago. Excellently balanced. One that does live up to the hype. Mosaic hops are fun — 10 years ago
A delicious Sauvignon Blanc from the Loire valley. The style is so different than the kiwi style, less smooth yet so much more elegant.
Straw color, sexy nose of lime, crushed rock, grapefruit and minerals, medium smooth body with perfect balancing acidity, crisp, fresh, and tempting. The combination of citrus and minerals keeps it interesting and every sip reveals another part of the mosaic. Delicious fresh finish. Bottle was gone so fast, I should secure a case. My score 89, drink to 2018. — 10 years ago

1st anniversary wine with dinner at Chaumette winery — 8 years ago
LOVED this wine. a little bit smokey, full bodied red. Unfortunately, out of my price range so I can't enjoy it as much as I would like — 8 years ago
Lovely Dogliani Dolcetto, offering aromas of bright cherry, cherrywood, and fresh baked bread. Conjures cherry blossom as well. Smoky cherry entry, but decisively mineral in nature with a clove and mushroom mosaic. Tannins abound, but deceptively linger under the palate, all across the roof of your mouth, cedar, marigolds and a baker's chocolate. — 10 years ago
Lovely light session ale! Well done Chris and team! — 10 years ago
Very interesting take on the IPA style, using Pilsner malts, which gives it that bread like backbone taste, also that light golden color, but what I truly love is the Mosaic hops, which are so fruity and tropical, seasonal release though, so when it's gone it's gone, seen some around town, but too close to the enjoy by date, get some more next year when fresh, very good — 10 years ago
Really unique, super tasty. The fresh hops makes a huge difference. Citra and mosaic hops, tastes fruity but no fruit. — 12 years ago
Excellent blend of cab sav, Merlot, and cab franc — 7 years ago
Delicious! Heady nose full of fruits and spice. Bold taste profile with a full body from grapes ripened in the Texas heat. Notes of dark fruit, cherry, spice along with a delicious long oaky finish accompanied with velvety tannins. Love it! — 7 years ago
Dry Creek smooth full body — 8 years ago
Had this a couple of years ago at Requin in Mosaic. It was Malinda's birthday! 🎂🎁🎈🎂🎁🎈 — 9 years ago
Another very solid IPA from Founders, showcasing Mosaic hops, citrus and Piny, orange peel, grapefruit, slight tropical hints, peach, pineapple, not too complex, just nice one dimensional mosaic hops, but that is good for those who do not understand how much one single hop can really make a very good IPA, just that very single Focus, gives you a deeper knowledge of how much one hop can defined a beer, and then you recognize that hop in other beers, but all that really means to be said about this beer, it is a very good beer in the style, and does exactly what it aims for, simply put, you like mosaic hops, this is the IPA for you — 9 years ago
Bought at local wine store in the Mosaic. Surprisingly golden color for a pinot, with a subtly must no nose. A quiet attack leads to a tart but balanced midpalete which is rounded out by a yeasty finish. One of my favorite Pinot Gris. — 9 years ago
