In the mouth it is both crunchy and of a beautiful intensity, which will express all the better as the bottle will have been aerated for at least a good hour. A very pretty Morton, shimmering and pure. Lovely acidity, plush in the middle with unbaked strawberry-rhubarb character. Finish is long with iron and other mineral notes. Ready for action.
