“... aromas of ripe forelle pears, white peaches, and buckwheat honey along with fleeting suggestions of linden flowers, lavender, and freshly sliced poblano peppers as the nose evolves in the glass.
“On the palate, the wine is a rounder and fuller counterpoint to racy Sancerre, with briny, sea salt-seasoned flavors of fresh pineapple, Meyer lemon, and ruby grapefruit interwoven with firmly hewn salty silex minerality.” — Moore Brothers Wine Co., Brooklyn — 6 years ago
I love this wine. Leather, soil, cocoa, prune, touch of smoke, black tea, some cherry and cranberry, full of Nebbiolo tar & dried roses. Silky but with lush tannins. From Moore Bros. in Industry City. — 7 years ago

Our favorite from Moore Bros. so far. Smells vegetal, but not rotten or mossy. Medium bodied. Dry. Not fruity, except maybe something like sour plum. Easy to drink. — 9 years ago
Very good Bordeaux, but the notes by Moore Bros were the most accurate I've ever come across. "...complex, exotic aromas that open with griotte cherries, ripe cassis, fresh fennel, crushed violets, and sweet herbs; adding dried figs, dark cocoa, and flecks of pencil shavings as the nose evolves...". Well, I missed the figs but otherwise, yes! And in that order. Remarkable. — 9 years ago
Still my fave Moore brothers selection — 5 years ago
It is a great drinking wine. Not over complicated just very enjoyable. No strong alcohol flavor. Fruity and but not grapey. — 6 years ago
Crisp and bright with mineral notes. Very easily drinkable and tasty! — 6 years ago

Our friends brought this wine to a group dinner at Yve's Bistro. I have a few of their bottlings and enjoy them all. — 9 years ago
At Aeble, a new restaurant that didn't come up on Delectable. Stoned fruit--that's me--loves the stone fruit flavors, a hybrid peach and apricot. Didn't expect this Portuguese indigenous grape Loureiro to be so complex and bright. — 9 years ago

One of the best Pinot Noir I have had. Selected by the Moore brothers in Jersey! — 6 years ago
Light straw color. Expressive nose with aromas of lime zest, pear, gooseberry, and freshly cut grass. Medium bodied featuring flavors of ripe lime and green apple. Crisp, refreshing finish with vibrant acidity. Andrew Rich and Croft Vineyards from whom the fruit is sourced are amongst the few Willamette Valley producers of Sauvignon Blanc. Single vineyard bottling. 14.1% alcohol. $22. — 8 years ago
