Lots of red fruits (cherries, strawberries) on the nose and palate, some vanilla/leather and lingering spiciness. Very light bodied for a cab, a smooth juicy mouthfeel with some tannins. Molly's review "my instinct is to marry this bottle with s'mores at a WI fall fire pit." I usually don't go for cabs; this could change my mind! — 8 years ago

Yes, this was cradle robbed, but so delicious. Gorgeous nose, with almost everything but fruit. Slate, rock, earth, blood, spice everything you want and need. On the palate tart cherry and gorgeous acidity keeps you coming back. — 9 years ago

100% cab - I know it is young and I feel like I am robbing the cradle - but heard some good things so decided to break protocol - after one hour of decanting it is still young - cannot wait to try again in five years - three words to describe - big bold and beautiful - but why stop there - the detail notes are great expressive aromatics smell and taste - dark red color from dark red fruits - great palette, legs, depth and structure - tannins are refined - this will only get better as it rest more - enjoy - and all Smiling here

Dark black fruits and a hint of spice on the nose, silky smooth palate, medium body, light acid. More spicy than fruity but definite raspberry and blackberry in there. Molly's notes: black raspberry, black plum, earthy. A very drinkable pinot alone or with food. Yum! — 8 years ago

A friend took one for the team by pulling the cork way too soon on this one. Extremely tight and closed down, suggest you let these sleep for a few years. Rating this on potential. Great structure. Typical En Cerise terroir, this will be great a few years from now. @Dag Zapatero likes them young, but this was robbing the cradle. — 10 years ago
