Dried cherry, mushroom, leather, balsamic & floral notes, great acidity. Still fresh & vibrant. The reason for trying this wine was that the Krause family bought this winery for 6 mil euros and then bought the Vietti winery and will incorporate some of the Serafino Vineyards into the Vietti wines in the near future. — 9 years ago

Día de parrilla, domingo familiar, un solcito rico, me soprende lo versátiles que pueden ser estos vinos, los hemos probado con pastas acompañadas de salsas de todo tipo, con guisos y ahora con carnes de pollo, res y chancho, salchichas hot dog, salchichas blancas y de guarnición ensalada de lechuga, tomate, palta, armonía perfecta! Mi colega Carlos Meza de Il Pastificio me esta haciendo conocer cada vino italiano de chuparse los dedos, uno mejor que el otro, mil gracias Carlos nos vemos el sabado próximo. This rocks! Mitsubishi heir spent $180 mil on this winery. Bought 2000 acres on Hal mountain and procures services of Heidi Barrett and David Abreu, two of he best wine makers. This collaboration is solid, can wait to try it in 5 or 6 years! — 11 years ago
