Boy has Argentina been on point with their wines the last few years. And this wine, this wonderfully fragrant, pure, fresh example of Cabernet Franc is just dynamite! Raised in concrete eggs with no oak whatsoever, the wine is vivid, mineral and amazingly well balanced, coming in at a mere 13.8% ABV. The Michelini brothers are really tearing it up over there and hopefully they continue to experiment and push boundaries, as they are definitely at the top of the conversation when it comes to innovative and forward-thinking winemakers in Argentina. — 9 years ago
