Bouzy Pinot. Sooooooo easy. — 9 years ago
Pinot noir and Chardonnay (80/20%). Dark coloured, strong tasting champagne with the character of a blanc de noirs. The Chardonnay element freshens it up though. Skip Epernay and make the drive to Vesselle's house. It's worth it! — 9 years ago

its chinon and a baked potato for the windy blustery ides of march, that's dinner since my boo is away and all there's to do is watch game of thrones and work harder and sleep deep dreams that you can only have when you sleep alone. I really enjoy this but lately everything tastes light and characterless. maybe I'm just not listening enough — 11 years ago
Crisp and light. Citrus and apple notes with a clean finish. — 9 years ago
Burnt toast and pea soup on the nose herald a honeyed peach and sweet citrus flavor profile, with a bit of yeasty multivitamin flavor lurking to give complexity and character. Nice. — 9 years ago
