Burnt toast and pea soup on the nose herald a honeyed peach and sweet citrus flavor profile, with a bit of yeasty multivitamin flavor lurking to give complexity and character. Nice. — 11 years ago
Pinot noir and Chardonnay (80/20%). Dark coloured, strong tasting champagne with the character of a blanc de noirs. The Chardonnay element freshens it up though. Skip Epernay and make the drive to Vesselle's house. It's worth it! — 11 years ago
