(Last week) Sorry but I have no words for this. Dare I say that this is probably the very best wine I have tasted in years. Beautiful and perfect example of Rioja Tempranillo and granache and maturana and graciano and 3 rioja whites. It was interesting to taste the difference between top and bottom of the bottle. — 9 years ago

Fun for my first post - love rediscovering an indigenous varietal. Take a seat Tempranillo; this dirty, smoky, surprisingly grapey goodness is making a triumphant return. Dried violets make an elegant appearance. Hand me a roasted quail and let's call it a night. — 11 years ago
