Good for $14.99. Not as good as their Sierra Mar but, still nice. The Sierra Mar is worth $10 more a bottle.

Not as rich, thick, creamy or buttery and less minerality, lacks some of the white spice and chalkiness the Sierra Mar shows.

Works well with our cheeses and the Giants who are on a roll tonight. My sister is at the game and lovin’ it. Grand slam always helps.

This remains to be one of my favourite Malbec producers from Mendoza. The colour is Magneta, almost black. The wine is composed of lush, perfectly ripe plums, cherries, cassis, black currant and blueberries. There are hints of dark chocolate. Velvety tannins elegantly dance around the cheeks until gracefully fleeting away to the back of the palate. — 6 years ago
