41% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Syrah, 7% Petit Verdot, 1% Sauvignon Blanc.
Sheet of sediment in bottle, stood upright 24 hours, before decant. Filtered into decanter. Nicely aged. Strong bottle notes in decant. I recommend 3 hr. Decant. 4 hours onward, fruit notes waned.
In the tasting notes, Marijuana resin is noted. Yes, there is a taste of hash or cannabis resin in the dark notes of the wine. Pleasant, well integrated, savory, in the know.
Delicious, mature beauty. Dark bottle notes, with still bright cherry note. Cherry notes notable for estate, beautiful energy in wines.
Enjoy now.

Tremendous. Earthy, funky, wild mushroom, forest floor. Also nose of overripe blue fruit and vanilla due to oaking. — 5 years ago

Very nice French red blend. Predominately Merlot, went well with pepper encrusted steak, grilled Brussels Sprouts and cauliflower rice — 9 years ago
One of the most well balanced wines you'll ever find. Soft on the palate with a strong following body. — 10 years ago
My current Trader Joe $6 favorite. Amazing for $6 and I don't care if I open it for just one glass — 10 years ago
Had this over a year ago, this is a new batch. Rich and creamy Blanc de Blanc with fruit from the villages of Avize and Oger. Fine mousse and bubble flow. Peach and sweet Apple with smoky and yeasty notes adding some lemon zest. Nice balance with toasty nutty notes, great mouthfeel on lingering finish, ending with mineral and yeasty tang. Nice! Grab one for Valentine’s Day. — 4 years ago
This wine is rather understated for a 2015 - some red berry fruit, soft Garrigue hints on the nose and a little jammy of the Palate but it needs more acidity to pop and showcase the elegant fruit one expects in 2015. A bit disappointing for this producer in this vintage — 5 years ago
Crisp and great with salad. — 7 years ago
A very tasteful intense rose. Has good peach notes. Easy to smell. Does hit you strong at first but then mellows out into a cool flavoring. It has a glass top (no corkscrew). — 7 years ago
Tasting lovely and alive after 39 years and a flight to "the colonies ;)". @sagerandwilde thank you for this — 9 years ago
Was afraid to decant well before drinking due to age, but this was still youthful, fresh, and tight upon opening. It continued to open in the glass, but needed more air-time. Still, very enjoyable. — 10 years ago

Baked peach & pear, cardamom, brown sugar, citrus glaze, mint, almond skin. Showing its age gracefully. #belgianbeer refermented, riddled, & disgorged in #champagne caves. #thechampagneofbeer #craftbeer #deus — 9 years ago
Great stuff, after some time in the glass it seems there is some excessive oak. But still a great wine. — 9 years ago
