Interesting. Some age on it now and a lovely amber color. Rich and oxidative. Not where my tastes have evolved but really quite good. — 4 years ago

Wow - one of the most intense champagne noses I've encountered. This one smells viscerally alive and quite funky. Excellent on the palate as well, with good acid, soft bubbles, and nice yeastiness. — 9 years ago
Light and fruity (peach/apricot) with small bubbles. No sharpness. Very nice! — 10 years ago

A good champagne. Drank kind of… young? Balanced but not graceful, hefty but a little too eager. All of the flavor was BOOM, right up front, and it was more green apple rind than anything. Good - maybe not my thing. — 4 years ago

Perfect. Bubbly, light, not too sweet. — 10 years ago
Very interesting and delicious showing how far one can push and still have freshness even with a fairly oxidative style. Cool. — 10 years ago

Not sure when degorged but superb bubbles and that old-school Giraud FdC nose that’s been lost in recent years and their cuvee insanity. Wish I had more of this, last bottle and pretty rare retail-wise now. — 4 years ago
