Really interesting wine. V strong (14.5 per cent). Full bodied, earthy and very warming on the mouth. I had this with Roquefort cheese and it seemed to be able to go very well with it. — 11 years ago

2000, Chateau Haut-Roquefort, Cadillac Moelleux, Semillon Dessert. Wow! This was really good. It aged very well. Beautiful deep gold color with tons of dried fruit, caramel, molasses and dried almonds. A really good after dinner glass. — 11 years ago
