I really enjoyed this bottle. It felt like it has a lower acidity than I thought. The mouth feel was mineral and buttery. great pairing with grilled vegetables and jerk mahi mahi.

Very light-bodied with medium acidity. Well-balanced with notes of grapefruit reminiscent of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. Melon, apple, and lemon zest as well.
