Partially concrete egg fermented with 9 days skin contact. Subtle nose that is not strongly Sauvignon blanc. No clear terpenes. Melon, white flowers, herbs. Very floral on the palate with more melon and golden delicious apple, a little bitter tinge to the finish, as well as some sweet Rosemary notes. Really Great texture and juicy with medium acidity. Really interesting and also just delicious — 8 years ago

Heavenly Pet Nat! So amazing it was worth signing Justin Bieber karaoke to get a glass from our manager. Hazy, light bubbles, taste resembled a Provençal rosé. Good job #macarivineyard — 8 years ago
Nice flavor and not to heavy — 9 years ago
Full body but light on the palate. Shiny new with a slight chalky spice in the back palate. Front palate is a sour plum skin. Let it breathe. Not expecting this from Long Island. Already planning a day trip. — 9 years ago
