Just opened the 2017 tonight. Very nice, light, crisp. Had with sautéed chicken and tabuleh salad. Delicious. Highly recommend. — 8 years ago
Lightly toasted yeasty bread and the barest hint of citrus rind without any of the tartness. Bubbly without being frothy. — 9 years ago

Light and Dry, very tasty — 7 years ago
Not as yeasty as expected for a wine that spent 6+ years on the lees. Lots of golden (bruised) apple, some pear juice, bitter lemon peel and bitter almond on the finish. Touch of honey, touch of that tangy yogurt/sourdough thing happening. Hint of RS but the acidity is banging. — 8 years ago
Non rimane acido in bocca. — 9 years ago
Very interesting. Super dark but very bright. Lots of juicy acidity and jammy. Not very tannic, medium to light bodied but with a lot of up-front savoriness. Strawberries, unripe blackberry, even some citrus peel, prune, some blue ballpoint pen, and funkiness. From Shawn's. — 10 years ago
Claret blend from Lombardia. Young acidic, good fruit but not too sweet. — 10 years ago
Dry and crisp closer to a champagne than I thought it would be. — 11 years ago
2007 Vintage - really nice for the price point. Lots of the usual Champagne notes...brioche, a bit of yeast, even a touch of honey or creme brûlée. — 12 years ago

My first Turbiana, or Trebbiano di Lugana but genetically a Verdicchio.
Nose of ripe stone fruits, lemon zest, wet stone, light white floral, and hint of almond. Medium to full body. Firm, vivid acidity provides good tension to the otherwise textured palate, finished with a medium mineral note.
This old vine riserva bottling is like a hybrid between Napa chard and Chablis. Will need to taste more Turbiana. — 6 years ago
