Brian Loring, a friend from ebob days and current friend on FB sent me a case of wine. This is one of many notes on that case. I have not had a CA chard in ages. It's a big rich nose for sure. Buttery. Not really oaky but rich aromas. Also beyond that is some mineral notes. Palate has great acids, and is much more lean and mineral on the palate than the nose leads you to believe. Nice freshness and well made. Persistent. Palate is compact, medium bodied and zippy. Acids Hit your palate nicely on the finish. — 7 years ago
This was much better than I expected. — 9 years ago

Magnificent steely dry Chenin Blanc. All day long. Loring Place, NYC — 7 years ago
Spectator gave this beautiful wine a 94. With a striking ruby color wine is full bodied with a top note of red berry fruit. Drinking beautifully in 2016. — 7 years ago
Still quite young, but good flavors and potential. Currently lacks complexity and is more primary in its palate presentation, but still quite tasty. A bit rough around the edges. Needs time. — 8 years ago
Big, oaky, fruit-forward. — 9 years ago
Had celebrating our 25th at cafe Lurcat on loring park. Fun to have Spanish champaign and went well with both our meals. Dry and crisp. — 9 years ago
