We want the funk! A fantastic example of how a judicious touch of brett is the best seasoning for Syrah...and how too much of it makes Syrah smell like donkey ass. Really a perfect wine, for what it is. — 7 years ago
White peaches, white fruits ... beautiful. — 8 years ago
But juicy white peaches on the nose, with the tiniest hint of lavender at the very top. Bright, bubbly, flirty, well rounded. A fabulous rosé that is immediately drinkable. Pairs easily with most food, but stands alone well for solo sipping. — 9 years ago

Probably the best rose champagne I've ever had. Light on bubbles, but full on taste. — 9 years ago

Great tasting tonight. An excellent start with a fantastic bottle of bubbles. Lots of spice from the oak barrels during fermentation. Baking spice and citrus notes come thru nicely. Big finish of tangerine and baking spices. Very elegant. — 9 years ago
Pretty tasty stuff.. this is my 3rd Jurancon dessert wine in 3 days and they're growing on me. Very peachy with some funk on the nose. Palate is cool because it's not too sweet, but has a nice balancing acidity at the end. Peach, pineapple rind, and a bit of nuttiness. That's fun. — 9 years ago

Secondary notes coming through with a whiff of sherry then lemon, some sweetness. There’s lovely balance and complexity in the mid palate and a sophisticated finish. A good time to drink this. — 6 years ago
