Weird natural complex cab franc, opens up nicely. Loved it. — 7 years ago
I’m not sure about their whole story of not liking the DOC standards for cava , so they broke off to create their own level of control and accreditation?? But it’s good for marketing I guess and makes a light, citrusy cava — 7 years ago

At Paris.Hawaii. Paired with kanpachi. Need to go to the end of the earth to find this!! So good.. complex, multilayered, slightly dry, not sweet. — 7 years ago
Tart pomegranate, crisp acidity with some minerality. Underappreciated. Incredible for the price. Great way to start off dinner at Vicia. — 4 years ago
Smells like mild lemon cream. Tastes like peach and tangerine, a little creamy, with less lemon than the nose. Refreshing without being one dimensional. I dig it. — 4 years ago
Green apple and citrus on the nose. Tart apple, a hint of grapefruit, stone and dry hay on the tongue. Very dry for cava. Excellent! A smooth and effervescent white. I’ll definitely buy again. — 5 years ago

Rich perfume of spices and pomegranate. Specifically pomegranate. Beautiful bee pollen and mulling spices. No harshness. The fragrance of a rich and blossoming garden of roses.
Woah. Zippity zip. We got acidity, and it’s medium to high but with the natural carbonation and juice juice juice, it just works man.
It’s got sour framboise beer qualities, but of course the tannins and the cola like quality just sings.

Needs a touch of air.... yeasty bread dough, almond paste, ripe pear and vanilla bean. Creamy smooth mouthfeel with appreciable weight, fruit is concentrated, like pear jelly-bellies, with nutty secondary flavors. Lees aging adds complexity. Smooth to finish with zest and firm acid. Super solid and killer QPR. — 6 years ago

Pure joy in the bottle. A fun summer afternoon back in the day spent with that girl that you still think about when that song comes on. Clear lemon in the glass with faint green flecks. Big floral aromatics initially with herbs and mint. Ripe pears and lemon curd with a dash of honeydew. Apple juice and fresh cut grass.
Richer and more full bodied than you were expecting with high acidity. Really, really nice texture and mouthfeel going on here. Vivacious and lively throughout. The attack is dominated by memories of her before things fell apart. When life was good and the sun shined a little more brightly. An exciting and lovely wine. — 3 years ago
