Exceptional. Our guests loved this from the first sip. this wine paired beautifully with with the salty latkes and sour cream appetizers we served. It was just as magnificent with roast salmon, and a butternut squash with maple-Serrano glaze. Depth, brightness and all-around delicious. — 10 months ago

Berries, tart and tangy citrus. Fun pairing with Cantonese food! — 11 years ago
Medium lemon colour . Persistent and fine perlage. This is quite restrained at first with lemon oil , toasty baked pastry and oyster shell hints . On the palate this is really quite intense , honied lemon , ginger, toasty yellow fruits , toasted nuts and quite mineral, oyster shell hints. Long and complex on the finish , fresh acidity , intense and complete . Needs a little more time, will show even better in 5 -10 years or so and over the next 10-15 years . — 7 months ago

#Remembrance #Love 6/25.
Sofia loved Penguins. We played w/ them in Dubai and she also skied indoor while I had a spot of Champagne and watched from a very big window. Only in Dubai. They have to build things of that nature…cus w/o them…just a bunch of sand. — a year ago

Solid vintage from one of my favorites. Black cherry with a little bit of vanilla. Great nose but surprisingly not as full bodied as I thought it would be. — 11 years ago
2010 vintage. Mineral bomb. Loved this. — 11 years ago
Avec clafoutis mirabelle ! — 13 years ago
Medium deep garnet with a terracotta rim . This has some sous bois , earthy tobacco , coffee grinds , herbal touches , cedar and dried currants . On the palate this is quite dense and classic in profile , still quite a lot of tannin , sous bois , cedar , some cassis , tobacco and a little herbal. Quite stocky and chunky . Medium length , and balanced acidity . This is still quite dense on the palate , with grippy , slightly rustic tannins . Probably just past peak , but will hold over the next 5 years or so . Tasted at Hedonism Wines , London …. No label on the bottle ! — 5 months ago
From mag. soft raspberry fruit. Slightly tart. Very good purity. A little light compared to the wines alongside — 7 months ago
2008 vintage. Had never come across the "Little Hill" until today. Light-medium body. Decanted and was fairly musty for 2-3 minutes before it started to blossom. Some blue fruit/menthol/eucalyptus throughout the experience. Demonstrative spice component on the back end. Could really only ding this on being slightly "watery" on the front palate. Otherwise, this is kicking now and has plenty of life and love to give. 5.27.23 — 3 years ago

Grazie mille! Nice vintage. A little young and could have used some more air. With roasted chicken legs and greens. — 6 years ago
Bright citrus acid initially. Then a mid palate and finish of bread and yeast. Lingers a bit. Very enjoyable. — 8 years ago

What a treat. Salons 2nd Cru if you will. This balnc de blancs is more balanced than most I’ve tried and a delight with seafood. — 5 months ago
