Bellefluer de Haute Serre Brut Rose Cahors Sparkling Rose wine made with Malbec. Color from skin contact. Vibrant flavor and fruit on the nose. A first for me and very pleasant with the Winner, Winner Chicken Dinner. — 11 years ago
This wine is absolutely delicious! — 8 years ago
Hot yellow raisin in hazelnut oil, raw spaghetti squash, warm watermelon rind, linseed oil, pine nettle, juniper nose. Creamy squash on brioche, not a pronounced acidity here, but the fat isn't the typical pit-fruit travesty either, although it has a resonance that suggests apricot oil. It's bodyweight suggests a salinity but it finishes amarula and papaya. Worked with a clean, asian-inspired steel-cut, mushroom and hempfu comfort meal. — 9 years ago
Well balanced with soft but prominent tannins. Slight grab on the back of the tongue. Slightly spicy as well. — 10 years ago

My first French Malbec. Very strong and robust berry flavors, followed by something almost mossy with strong woody notes. Incredibly rich, yet surprisingly smooth. Worth putting away in the cellar. — 9 years ago

We really really like this wine. Not as dry, but great body. Not sweet either. Good wine. — 8 years ago
