Crisp, green Apple, umami, apricot, a light peanut breeze, tinge of parsley. Gentle malibar on the tongue. Particularly shameful if consumed through a chambong. — 10 years ago
Nose is lots of toasty brioche and confected almond paste notes with some underlying white acacia flower and lemon curd.
More toasted bread notes up front with some of that lemon curd, transitioning to some great acidity with some subtle red fruit notes of cherry and raspberry. Almost gives the impression of a red fruit tart with the autolytic notes.
Freakin' delicious. More meunier and noir in this one which gives richness and fruit but still dry and refreshing overall.
Edit: as it warmed up, the yeast aromas and flavors dominated more and more which made me a bit sad. — 7 years ago

Delish- you need some of this in your life. Earthy, red fruit, makes me crave some smoked salmon. — 11 years ago
Beautiful champagne with tons of character. Clear notes of honey on the nose with a lovely nuttiness and yeastiness as well. — 6 years ago
Along with the Tradition Brut, this Rose is a great example of an extreme biscuit nose. I enjoyed it. But it won't be for everyone. — 8 years ago
