Three years and I finished it! I fucking rock! Yeah... Not for lightweights... — 12 years ago
Rich amber color. Luscious red fruits, licorice, honey, and cardamom in the nose. Deeper flavors on the palate, with very rich mouthfeel and hints of light smoke. Luxurious finish. Nice to be tasting some Japanese whisky again after a dry spell in California! — 7 years ago
Very interesting! A Japanese Whiskey with some peaty smoke and alcohol burn. — 8 years ago
Nose is apple, fresh and light. In the mouth very light and jovial as well. Fruity and then lightly bitter on the finale. Very feminin and elegant. — 9 years ago
Currently enjoying this in Paris... — 10 years ago

Beautiful honey-amber color in the glass. Nose is a little hot with airplane glue and spice. Palate is much softer, still warm though with oak and loads of vanilla and spice. Nice neat, better with a few drops of spring water. — 10 years ago
Phillip Togni is a legend in the world of wine and impresses us everyday. His Spring Mountain Cab should be the blueprint for a generation of winemakers. — 11 years ago
Simply stunning, smooth & silky #legend — 12 years ago
Color of apple juice. Nose is nice and humble, with sweet apple, fermented grains, spices, and a touch of nice woody character. Taste of syrupy like caramel, has net and flowering note, smooth yet warm, spices, zesty aftertaste, and very friendly to drink. She is mellow, sweet, peach like fruits, concentrated with good strength. A go to bottle for better mood. — 8 years ago
2009 drinks really well in 2016 😋 — 9 years ago

Happy Birthday Adam Greer! — 10 years ago
Peat moss, caramel, and smoke. I can't believe this is from Japan. Phenomenal 'pure malt whisky.' — 11 years ago
The wine needs to breathe a little, but the wait will be rewarded. It's a complex, although still young red that gives a good name not only to kosher wines, but affordable red wines in general. — 11 years ago

A unique bourbon. Vanilla nose with an incredible flavor of cherries on the palate, almost kirsch-like. Very happy with this. — 7 years ago
