Fruity but not sweet. Light & easy. — 10 years ago
Black cherry & strawberry, mineral, floral, dried herbs & spice. This is a nice example of Chambolle from Dujac drinking far better than its Village status. Love it's purity and mineral finish. — 11 years ago
2010 - Complice anche la straordinaria annata, la classificazione Village per questo Chablis di Dauvissat è certamente riduttiva. Completo e coinvolgente. — 11 years ago

Cherry cream, toffee, tobacco at first. Well rounded. After 15 minutes or so, sweet spices and wet forest leaves. — 9 years ago
Always the best village white Burg. Still youthful. Layers of minerals, chalk, and tension continued to unfold. — 9 years ago
Light to medium gold. A little burnt orange and caramel in the nose. Guessed off vintage old white burg and it was sadly a 2007 Leflaive village. Drink up — 10 years ago
Nice wine. Enjoyed the lighter body and milder red fruit of this wine. A whiff of leather and tobacco on nose and some earth on the palate. Wouldn't really say any floral quality to this Pinot. If you anthropomorphize this wine, I can see describing her as "elegant" and "soft" and "smooth". But did not achieve "sexy" or "seductive" status for me. Second date? Sure. Why not? — 11 years ago

Friday night random whites...
Fresh, clean and refreshing, light White peach notes. Nose is attractive, but a little too cold on first taste, so slightly closed initially.
Off-dry blend of NY's Finger Lakes region Cayuga & Vignoles, nose is really opening up nicely with some air and warming of the wine in the glass. Not overly complex, but this is a solid buy for the $10/$13 (wine club/retail) price. — 9 years ago
