Mmm. . . The family picked this up at a tasting at our new favorite butcher shop. More on the sweet side for a pinot but still flavorful. Hmmm may have to check my Napster for an accompanying Zac Brown hit for ambience. — 6 years ago
Classic. Great character, good depth, clean finish — 7 years ago
Probably my favorite all-around wine to drink. Well balanced. Smells swampy, has a little spice at the end and nice round tang to it. — 7 years ago
Surprisingly dope — 8 years ago
Sub $30 premier cru Chablis. Lean minerality w some lemon and lime peel. Well rounded for its age and price ! — 9 years ago

Sometimes you want a beer, then you realize how much crap you need to do before you call it a day. This is it. Nicely dosed — 9 years ago
Not great at first, tight....open for 2 hours, completely different, fantastic — 10 years ago
A brilliant vintage for this wine. A top 5 Crozes. Easy. Spice, game, some funk, blueberry, black berry, black cherry, huge granite and even some wilted flowers. Young but tasty palate of dazzling granite and velvety tannins and engaging energy from the minerality. Terrific power, depth and concentration. Needs 5 years. So long and such beautifully defined fruit on the incredibly long finish. Really rich and dark. Awesome. Wait 5 years. As this opens the balance becomes superb. Almost a 9.4. I’ll be back. — 5 years ago
Awesome!!! Great with and without food. — 6 years ago
Interesting profile: dried cherries, granny smith, cedar box, with a hint of a big red wine (AUS Shiraz, etc.). Not a lot of carbonation, would have liked to have opened a bottle a year ago to see what role aging has played (bottled 1/16/15). — 7 years ago
Easy drinking, like it! Would buy again at the right price. Blackberry / bold tannins — 8 years ago
Easy sweetness and we'll hopped, this one will take you home. — 8 years ago
On 8/09/16 with bow tie pasta. A wonderfully smooth silky wine. — 9 years ago
Lebanese, so paired well with hummus, dolmas, etc — 9 years ago
Solid, good food wine, could be outstanding in a couple years — 9 years ago
A real traditional heavyweight syrah, perfumed with lavender and green olive, plum pudding and cracked pepper. Mouthfilling and bold, very perfumed and streamlined on the palate. Good mid-palate concentration, and high acid despite 15% alc. comes across as both elegant and burly, plenty of length in the finish but not without tongue-numbing heat. Still, gorgeous. — 10 years ago
Love a good sweet Moscato! — 12 years ago
Love this. Tons of flavour. Vanilla, brown sugar, toasted oak. Pairs well with food but also great on its own. — 5 years ago
Delicious — 5 years ago
Very rich but very good — 6 years ago
Thanksgiving day three 11/25/17. Blind tasting vs Perrin and Guigal. Excellent wine with balance and earthiness. Long finish. — 7 years ago
Way better than expected! Delicious! — 8 years ago
Nice acidity and citrus. — 8 years ago
Excellent blend I had one from Napa many flavors and smooth silky finish. — 9 years ago
Good fruit and earth with acid balance. Fruit balances the acid out. — 9 years ago
Wonderful barnyard funk on the nose which persists even after 3 days of being open. Berries and chewy tannins on the palate. Really great food Bordeaux that could hold up to quite a few dishes and most importantly, doesn't lose nuance after a couple days like much lower priced Bordeaux. — 10 years ago
