Had with prime rib at Christmas dinner. Decanted 2 hours. Opened up and was quite tasty. Fine bouquet of round, lush Cabernet fruit. Holding up well but I will not be keeping the remaining 10 bottles for more than the next five years or so. — 11 years ago
