2005 - a bit passed — 7 years ago
2016. Really great wine. A bit young and will be great in 5+ years. Earthy woodsy nose, medium body, some dark fruit with mineral. Decant for at least 1 hour. — 8 years ago
This is a Burgundy that needs to breathe, as both the nose and the taste expand exponentially over time. At first taste I was not impressed. While the initial nose was pleasing, I thought it was only average. I was distracted by other things and came back to it about 30 minutes later. The difference was nothing short of amazing; complex cherry, currants and dark chocolate wafted through my nose and it was both smooth and delicious. Zero aftertaste with a good balance between tannins and acidity. — 8 years ago

Who knew the Swiss made such delightful whites? My colleague, Sandrine did! — 8 years ago
Probably actually an 8.8, but extra points for being bottomless and for being a fine accompaniment for raclette — 9 years ago
Mild but complex. Good minerality and Stone. Slight fizz. — 6 years ago

For Thanksgiving dinner. Went very well with the turkey! Complex and round. Reconciled me with the DL wines. — 7 years ago

Very rounded, with a complex mix of floral fruit and minerality. To my mind much better than their “La Borne” Grand Cru Dézaley which seemed a bit hollow in comparison. — 6 years ago

2018 vintage of my favorite Swiss grocery store wine (33% off at Coop!). Unique grape/region, mild, low acidity, bit of fizz. This time with saffron risotto and balsamic chicken cutlets. Merry Christmas Eve eve 😜 — 6 years ago
