2011. Crisp green apple flavors predominate. Very fresh with good acidity. — 9 years ago
The 2019 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru has an effervescent bouquet with orange zest and almond scents. Seaspray touches come through with aeration. The palate is well balanced with a pleasant sour lemon twist on the entry, relatively fresh and tensile with a brisk, quite peppery, lemony finish that lingers in the mouth. Superb. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting. (Neal Martin, Vinous, December 2023)

Consistently delicious and great value in Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc Champagne.
Fresh, reductive, lively on the palate. Green apple, lemon, lime zest, baguette crust, pineapple, white peach, lanolin, cream, perfect chalk & minerality, yellow & white florals, beautiful acidity and rich polished finish that persists.

Granny smith apples, young pears. Little bit of stone fruit. Not very acidic on the finish, very pleasant! — 9 years ago
This was a monster out of the gate and held its own. Really impressed. Shows age but not softness. Elegant, open, beeswaxy, beautiful — 9 years ago

One of the better Rose I have tried. — 5 months ago
This wine is a great bargain and also shows how Bouchard has ramped up their quality in recent years. Pale lemon color with pronounced aromas of acacia, lemon, green apple, pear, wet stone, vanilla, clove, smoke, and a bit of honey. All is conveyed on the palate as well with a beguiling, creamy texture and a long finish. This is a lovely wine that is approachable now but will improve for another five or 10 years. Lovely. — 6 months ago

Hits well above its weight. Lots of purity of fruit (all red), which is just starting to get slightly desiccated around the edges. Lots of porcini powder and meaty elements which I think are Brett-derivative. None of the thinness usually associated with the vintage either. Little to no wood-influence, and if it's there, deftly integrated. Strange we don't see more of these wines on lists or in stores if this is generally indicative of the domain's quality. — 9 years ago
