The highest level chardonnay made at the Cuvaison estate. 11 barrels of old wente and dijon clones. This wine opens as almost weightless on PnP but gains some richness with air. I taste lime zest and tangerine (like the LaCroix flavor) with a wet gravel minerality. It also has a light oak signature and lively acidity. Very well balanced and fresh, great for the next 5 years. — 7 years ago
Toasty, but integrated, softens with air. Roses meet dark forest berries, blackcurrant, mocha, and tobacco. Fresh, juicy with balanced tannin and linear acidity. Touch of heat but the finish builds. Opened with time in the glass. Will age 5+ years. Second label. — 8 years ago

While it probably won’t win any prestigious awards, and it probably won’t rank on Robert Parker or Wine Enthusiasts Top 100, it is actually a fun, refreshing in a Better than Lacroix way. Lots of seltzer-like bubbles with raspberry and vanilla flavors. Put in a cooler, take to the beach, concert tailgate, or backyard BBQ and drink straight from the can. Enjoy my friends. It’s a real wine drinkers Bartles and Janes wine cooler. Stay thirsty! — 7 years ago
I love this Australian screw top. Honey and fruit leather with a lacroix. Very taste fresh and deep stoned summer sunset or maybe a sunrise when you’re Tripping — 8 years ago
More fruity than I expected for a Bordeaux. Balanced tannins with the pie berry notes. Paired great with about the best New York strip filet I ever cooked. Or so my son says. Got a good deal on the bottle. Only 2 left at store. I should have got the other — 8 years ago
