The deep salmon color was a hint that this is no wimpy rosé (coming from To Kalon this is not surprising). It's slightly off-dry with a heavy dose of raspberry and strawberry (it's not sweet, just full of fruit). If you only like bone dry minerally Provençal styled rosés, then this is probably not for you. Aromatic on the nose and slightly rich, I might have blind guessed this as a Viognier. Time in glass served this well so I'd follow the advice of my friend @David L and decant (seriously!) or hold this for a bit. Enjoying this last bit of summer by the pool with the dogs.
