Very mild white. Very drinkable — 6 years ago
briny, white flowers, green apple skin, lemon zest, grapefruit. High acid and great balance. — 7 years ago
Juicy Grenache dominate aromas with red raspberry, strawberry and red cherry fruit. The nose has a nice herbal edge with notes of fresh and dried thyme plus a hint of soy. The wine has a plush mouthfeel with silky tannins. There is good acidity to buffer the fruit and a nice sense of minerality. — 8 years ago
Chocolate & cherries, delicious, should drink it with chocolate gateau — 9 years ago

While these wines have great structure I find the 2005 Fourrier to be very tight and needing time. — 8 years ago
This is the Blanc. Beautiful texture and weight to complement the citrus/herbs flavor combo. De-fuckin-lish. — 9 years ago
Great stuff. Definitely needs air. Like chili, it's even better on day 2 — 9 years ago
Rich and lush. 9 months in new French Oak. Blackberry and cherry flavours. Stunning. — 6 years ago
Enormous pleasure in this bottle. Killer lunch wine with Boudin Blanc. — 7 years ago
This will always be one of my favorites. — 8 years ago
Mellow on the nose and likewise on the tongue. Rounded with hints of crisp red apple and just the right amount of dryness. I don't know that it deserves to be opened in a park square during a fire alarm. — 8 years ago
And on the 3rd day it showed the best — 9 years ago
