Such a pleasant surprise! Great bargain here and very cool - Alsacian Pinot! My first. Earthy notes waft out of the glass along with some cherries. Great structure, medium tannins, beautiful mouthfeel. Love the earthy flavors of mushroom, baking spices, and mineral mixed with cherry and plum. Great finish. — a year ago

Blend is actually 50% Cinsault, 35% Syrah and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. Very dark inky ruby color with purple highlights. Aromas of black and blue berry fruit, violets and tobacco. The rich palate features flavors of cooked black cherry, blueberry and black berry/currant fruit with notes of sweet spices and black pepper. Long and lingering finish and a lovely soft/silky texture. No sign of oak aging. Acidity is plentiful but well balanced. Quite fresh and bright! Solid QPR. — 6 months ago
The first time I had a Vacqueyras. We had it with a dinner of lamb chops and miniature potatoes. It is pleasantly tart, a little dry. Notes of dark cherry, tobacco. — 8 months ago
Nice and bright with good fruit (Grenache). Perfect with fish and pork. September 2024. — 10 months ago
it has high alcohol, but i feel cool nuance, because it has sharp acidiy and lifted aromas. Well balanced and enjoyable classic Syrah beauty. — 4 years ago

Underrated. Maybe a bit one dimensional but chunky and fleshy, good balance between crushed and cooked fruit. Is what it is but in the end delicious. — 5 months ago
