Deliciously drinkable Pinot noir burgundy. Tasted at spirited gourmet. Under $15 for a great bottle. Paired well with chicken. — 7 years ago
2014 Chablis is no joke. — 8 years ago
Wonderful combination of bright fruit and structure. People sometimes forget that rosés are red wines, but this wine was a wonderful partner for a roast lamb and eggplant dish. Have this wine with food, and enjoy! — 2 years ago
Last bottle from the 2008 vintage
Relatively low on pressure when uncorking. Small tight bubbles
👅This is rich with citrus, nuts, and bread. This has some smokiness and it is oxidative. There is nice acidity that remains noticeable through the finish. Finishes with a bitter quinine note and extra brut dryness
This is persistent and drinking well but I preferred this when it was fresher, crisper, and had some florality
Nice wine🥂🍇 — 3 years ago
Opened 24H in advance with one glass poured to allow for increased air volume in the bottle. I prefer the flavor development of the Saint Peray sparkling wines on the second day open. Just a stunning example of Alt Champagne; Marsanne & Roussanne blend make a spectacular sparkling wine!
Please see prior notes. A tart, saline finish today, second to none! — 4 years ago
