Randomly pulled it for dinner of Amah yeeya thinking it’s an SB, hadn’t realized it is a sweet Chenin from Chidaine and wow what a wine! Unfortunately the only one at AA 19! Golden color and that beguiling honeyed pineapple tropical fruits and minerals notes. Unctuous complex layered texture that’s energetic and peeling off the palate, balanced by rounded acids if there is such a thing and a very long layered finish. Another decade easy! 11.5 ABV, made infrequently. Sat there savoring it after dinner.
