EXCELLENT. Really wonderful nose, peated caramel, not too sweet, well balanced. Smokey, sharp finish but not harsh. — 8 years ago
At $100/shot at 15 Romolo and since I've never had it it was a treat but not again. Very intense with some bite and has that artisanal flavoring but not one of my top spirits for that kind of money even if you can't find it commercially. — 9 years ago

Mistook it for a scotch when I tasted it blind. My birthday shot is impressively different. I feel like if I knew it was an Irish whisky, my rating would have been lower. There's a sweetness to it and I appreciate every bit. — 10 years ago
This is category-defying and lovely. Stone fruits, plums, cherries and almondine aromas with a touch of oak. — 7 years ago

Super resin, pine. Citra, Cascade and Cashmere hops - two thirds of which are pretty unusual. Acquired but interesting. — 6 years ago
