This lovely rosé is starting to show some age - I’ve had the bottle at least six years so understandable that it has toasty pastry and brioche notes along with a hint of hazelnut, dried cherry and candied raspberries. Very appealing - clean, crisp and refreshing. Very much the PJ style of medium-bodied wine and a lovely color approaching tawny. — 10 months ago

Well shit. Wildly expressive nose of tea, kirsch, saddle, fennel and sage. Started off too cold but with temperature increase opened up to a beautiful, elegant style CDP with cherry, blackberry, and all sorts of rustic garrigueness. A smoky, blue fruit finish.
