Apple and citrus, with honey, vanilla and a chalky note. Wine is past its prime, but enjoyable. — 5 months ago

One of my favorites. Delicate but not weak red cherry. Easy breezy drinking. A smooth balance of fruit and acid. — 11 years ago

Amazing! Fruity yet not too sweet. Medium body. Easy to drink — 5 years ago

Trying the 2012. Very nice with hint of cherries. Been so used to the US Pinots of late that I missed going back to the Burgundy region. This wine is excellent. — 10 years ago
Love the acid and style of this wine. Didn't quite stand up against the richer wines in this flight, but again it's is own animal. Lots of carbonic character. Day two it lost that primary effervescence and showed much more weight on the palate. Definitely the outlier in the group. Would like to see this with at least 5 years of age. — 10 years ago
Smooth fruit-forward medium-bodied cab — 11 years ago
Gift from wife’s French client. The cork was saturated and crumbled, didn’t have much hope, but the nose revealed bright red fruit, some potpourri, alongside the tertiary mushroom and dried leaves you’d assume. The palate reflected this with sour cherry, strawberry, orange peel, and a hint of mushroomy cola. Lots of fine sediment. Very enjoyable. — 4 months ago
Richer style. Like a hug. Very brioche nose. Body and faint sweetness make this suitable for heavier foods or dessert. An aperitif not so much. — 5 years ago
Well shit. Wildly expressive nose of tea, kirsch, saddle, fennel and sage. Started off too cold but with temperature increase opened up to a beautiful, elegant style CDP with cherry, blackberry, and all sorts of rustic garrigueness. A smoky, blue fruit finish. Tannins and acidity and alcohol all in perfect formation. Just awesome — 8 years ago
Beautiful wine blueberries and chocolate nice finish — 10 years ago

I was expecting an over-oaked style at 13.5 abv. Pleasantly surprised. As this was not the case. A nice balance of ripe orchard fruits and hint of spice, finish with slight bitter almond. Lacks density on the mid palate. Apparently this is a WS top 100 wine? No way. — 3 months ago
