Tokubetsu Honjozo from Niigata. SMV +3. Rounder fruit flavors of pear, melon, some type if imaginary cream apple, with a fairly creamy midpalate and a bit of rustic earthiness on the finish. Good autumn or winter sake. — 9 years ago
