Color of saturated caramel. Nose of thick aldehyde, spicy apple note, powerful spice in the nasal cavity, some milk chocolate, some woody fragrance, and in face, some black tea note. Taste of spice, with some salty and slight sweet note, some caramel note, some zest, some dark chocolate, very powerful indeed. Aftertaste is zesty and sweet, with never fading power of alcohol. 112 proof, no joke. She is a powerful monsters with flavors. However definitely too strong for me. — 8 years ago
Really good. I might manage a coherent rating after we stop yelling at the cat for spilling a glass of it all over the rug. This is why our rugs are red. — 9 years ago
Jefferson select 21 year... A little hot, sweet, long finish — 10 years ago
Don't let the shit plastic cup fool you. This Nebraska beer (zipline copper alt) is fucking epic, worth the trip to Lincoln. Jefferson single barrel by its side. I think Jeff would like this bar much. — 10 years ago
Good complex white on a dark and raining night, and at a bargain. Made from the same cuvée as Hermitage whites-- which happened to be Thomas Jefferson's favorite white wine. — 9 years ago
This sparkling wine from Central Virginia near Jefferson's Monticello is a rich, creamy expression of 100% first-press chardonnay from Trump Winery's best grapes. It's weighty and textured in the mouth, with flavors of yeast rolls and tree fruits and a citrusy, moderately acidic finish. A great value at $24. (sample) — 10 years ago
This is a nice brew. Full with a hint of sweetness at the beginning. A good ale for nights at the pub. — 10 years ago

Voyage No.3 compliments of Chef Maides. Killed the bottle. Served with a single large ice cube (spring water). Honey suckle, caramel, vanilla, toffee, baking spices...quite viscous. A bit hot at first but what do you expect. Finish is medium length. — 8 years ago
Really smooth. Not overly spicy but you can taste the flavors of caramel and vanilla. Rich aroma — 9 years ago
Cool collaboration with Jefferson and chef Edward Lee. Very cool. Even more fun when chef brings the bottle out to share. Thanks @chefedwardlee for the great food and drink @MilkWoodLouKy — 10 years ago
Amazing aged whiskey. Typical Stitzel-Weller profile, with a smooth entry, and delicious wheated flavor. Hard to put this one down! — 10 years ago
