Great to drink, something on the finish I can't nail that I'm not a huge fan of. — 7 years ago
peaches and sun, very pleasant drinking from a Burgundy producer growing Chardonnay on a small parcel further south — 8 years ago
Reduction upon opening, then pure ethereal slightly dusty fruit. Aroma like drier sheets in a good way, tons of freshness, and the slightest hint of olive. Gorgeous. (I think it is 2014 but I'm not sure -- label states 11,2% ABV). — 9 years ago
Leather, cedar, and cherry, Loire funk if you think about it. Caraway on the nose. Surprisingly light with all those flavors. Definitely a 2015 (ripe). — 9 years ago

Lighter than his usual wines but man this still has so much beautiful concentration, vigor and precision. If you tasted this blind there is a chance you would think it’s a young grand cru. To think this is not a village but a REGIONAL production wine is absolutely mind boggling. Typical fourrier aromatics - wild strawberries, herbs, cherries, floral notes. Amazing salinity and freshness on the palate. Fun and vibrant. Long finish. Just incredible price to quality ratio. Floored. — 4 years ago
