Did not expect a basic chablis to be so full-bodied yet balanced. It was a perfect match for roasted chicken with a tarragon mustard slurry. Purchase for $25 in March 2022. — a year ago
It was fine - decently crowd pleasing — a year ago

Needs air but so freaking good. Ripe apricots, nuts, marzipan, stones, lemons. Really good. Keeps evolving. Will see where it lands later. — 9 months ago
Young but beautiful — 10 months ago
Deep dark cherry. Orange zest. Earthy and rustic. Classic. But the wine lacks anything special where i would say wow. Wine oxidizes within 2 hours so air does not make a difference. So I will drink these bottles up. Note these wines needed to be aged for 15 years to develop. — a year ago
@Lyle Fass this is good juice!!! — a year ago
Forgot I had this but it was still alive and kickin! Shows what happens when an excellent producer makes a Nouveau--this is serious stuff. — 9 years ago

Light, tingly, perfectly paired with spaghetti and meatballs — 7 months ago
Stone, honey, peach limestone. Golden and intense. Balanced with some toasty notes but lovely purity and balance. — 10 months ago
This wine comes from a time when natural wine was still a revolution, not a trend. Foillard, one of the Gang of Four, took Gamay to wild, expressive heights with deep structure and an earthy sensuality which entices any wine lover. Twenty years later this wine is a testament of passion; on the palate the wine is so harmonious it decimates in your mouth like the most beautiful time lapse you’ve ever experienced. Great wine. — a year ago

Although 2013 and very very young consuming at a restaurant we got to enjoy it a lot more as the time passed and it was decanted. This will be a beauty - shame but still lovely! — 11 years ago

Intensive kaleidoscope of sumo orange, olive oil cake and leaf pile. Motor oil viscosity but featherweight palate. Batard finish. Wow. — 7 months ago
