Really nice Irish Whiskey. The nose wasn’t that appealing, but the taste was much better. Nice bite at the end, smooth at the front. — 7 years ago

In 1805, Daniel Phelan, an Irish wine broker, acquired le Clos de Garamey, and was followed in 1810 by the acquisition of the Segur de Cabanac estate, creating the domain that remains today. Aromas and flavors of black cherry and blueberry with cacao, gentle oak and herb character. Firm grip on tannins, lingering this big wine to an earthy ending. Tight now give it some time, decanting helps if you must now! — 7 years ago

Brilliant stuff, first time with this one but a real winner, round full flavour with a little fizz in the mouth — 9 years ago
Fine. The age brings more interesting texture to the PS but the sweetness is more overpowering - too much caramel and maybe too much sherry. As good as - though different from - the regular stuff. — 10 years ago

Color is light caramel. Nose is quite sweet with aldehyde, caramel, crayon, and hotness strength. Taste is very smooth considering she is just 12 yr old. Nice creamy milk like flavor, wood chips, dried fruits, honey, and flowering note. Really impressed by the flowering and honey note. Aftertaste of warmth, some apple, dried fruit, and more flowering note. A must try 12 yr old. — 8 years ago
