Like the woman of my dreams: round, generous, voluptuous, complex, beautiful and sexy as hell. It's Anita Ekberg in la Dolce Vita, it's Christina Hendricks in mad men. Well you got it. Acidity gives this monster of a wine a delicate touch, an immortal length that is just phenomenal! I have said several times that Yquem is in my opinion, the best wine estate of the planet.
