Beautiful color. Light even for pinot. Approaching grignolino. Hard to describe. Cherry, chalky soil, a hint of pepper. I'm consistently shocked at the complex flavor journey many pinots can take you on. Body does not always mean bigger flavor, and lighter body does not always mean mighty flavors. — 10 years ago

Tight nose at the start. Cyndie says petroleum nose. I find it has opened up and I get the more unique burgundy flowers. But wish it had more structure underneath. A bit light there. But a fullness to the body sharia attractive. — 11 years ago
